How to apply:

  1. Parents submit the Preschool Enrollment Application form online.

  2. Once application is received, our Director will contact parents for an interview with both parents and child. (In the meantime, please direct inquiries to our Director at mvdpdirector@gmail.com).

  3. If both parents and Director feel the school is a good fit for your child, and your child is accepted, parents complete registration packet*, and pay the $150 tuition deposit** to hold the child’s place in the class. Please be advised, this deposit is non-refundable.

    *Registration packet materials will be available by early August 2019. Our Director will contact parents when it becomes available. Thank you for your patience.

    **Tuition deposit should be submitted as soon as possible, as your child’s place will be held as soon as we receive the deposit.

Admissions policies:

  • We accept children ages 2.5 through 5 years old. For the Nymphs (the baby dragonfly classroom), we ask that children be 2.5 years old at least by September 1st of the enrolling year. For the Dragonfly classroom, we ask that children be at least 3 years old and fully potty trained by September 1st.

  • We accept fully vaccinated, partially vaccinated, and unvaccinated children into the program. Parents/guardians must be advised that immunized children may be in school with children that are not fully immunized.

  • The Mancos Valley Dragonfly Preschool admits students of any race, religion, gender, or national origin.
